Pricing does not include shipping. See shipping rates below.

NOTE: When using a credit card for your purchase, be sure to fill out the correct billing address for the card you are using. Not doing so may cause your card to be denied and a delay in your order.

Shipping Policy

Once order is placed allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.All orders packaged in special photo envelopes and shipped via US Postal service to help prevent damage.

The following schedule is used to determine shipping rates:

NOTE: These are domestic shipping rates only. International rates are doubled.

To calculate the shipping for an order, add the cost of all prints and products and figure the shipping charge associated based to the total amount of your purchase.

Our Refund and Replacement Policy

This applies to items purchased from PhotosByGrumpy.com

We will replace all items damaged due to delivery or poor packaging. Please return all damaged items and original packaging within 10 days of receipt of goods. Click here for our contact details.

Photographic Quality: We use top sports photographers to capture your big day. We use quality photo-processing labs and photographic papers to protect your valuable memories.

Our prints are of much higher quality than the thumbnails displayed on our web site and we check for quality of the print against the digital thumbnail prior to dispatch.

All of the above helps to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the items you purchase from PhotosByGrumpy.com.

We will replace any photographic prints that have been damaged due to delivery or poor packaging. Please return all items and original packaging. However we do not offer refunds on prints due to perceived quality issues. Our customers confirm their acceptance for print quality upon completion of their order Note: gift products with your photo will only be as good as your original photo.
