Question: How far back do you archive photos? If race after 1989 we should be able to accommodate.
Answer: Yes we do! Photos by Grumpy maintains an archive of all of our race photos both film negatives and digital. While these photos may not appear on the website for viewing, It is possible to view and purchase these photos.
Archive searches can be performed by:
A. Providing us with either the race name, year and bike number via email.
B. Providing us with the original thumbnail proof via email.
C. In person at the race trailer when staffed.
D. Minimal fee may be charged.
Question: Will my photo download with the watermark on it?
Answer: No, Digital Copies or purchased downloads will be free of the watermark once download and saved to you computer or devise.
Question: How do I search for my photo? What if I don't remember my number?
Answer:
A. All photos are organized by bike number. Bike numbers can be easily found on the results for most organizations via MotoTally.
B. Bike number is also the Filename under each photo and are in numerical or alphabetical order.
Question: Do you offer bulk pricing for trophy photos?
Answer: Yes we do, Please contact us for this year's rates.
Question: Are you available to photograph my event or race series?
Answer: We don't know until you ask. Contact us to find out.
Question: How are printed photos shipped?
Answer: All printed photos are shipped via US Postal Service. With a tracking number. Unless shipping is specified otherwise by the buyer, Additional costs may apply.
